Alexander had to flee his home city Mykolaiv soon after the start of the brutal war in Ukraine. Like many others he is faced with the challenges of adapting to his new life as a refugee. 

Thanks to the Migrant and Refugee Fund of the Council of Europe Development Bank, IOM Bulgaria continues to to support vulnerable people like Alexander, who have fled the war in Ukraine.
