The fifth consecutive edition of the Graffiti Fest Harmanli - 2021, is now over. The colourful transformation of the wall of the RRC is done and accomplished its goal - to bridge the gap between the communities in a week of art and entertainment. The outer wall of the centre is now covered with beautiful graffiti murals of the artists NOKA*, ESTEO, NLS CREW and 4OLIX.
