Our WorkAs the leading inter-governmental organization promoting since 1951 humane and orderly migration, IOM plays a key role to support the achievement of the 2030 Agenda through different areas of intervention that connect both humanitarian assistance and sustainable development. Across Bulgaria, IOM assists the development of national mechanisms to combat and counteract trafficking in human beings and supports victims of trafficking.

IOM Bulgaria will hold Info session on work conditions, social welfare and health insurances, health care, education in Bulgaria and more
The Info Center for migrants, Sofia is organizing two info sessions in Ravda and Burgas, respectively on 27 and 28 April 2022. Migrants will have the chance to pose questions regarding pensions, social and medical insurances and welfare, humanitarian support for displaced people from Ukraine, seeking or having received temporary protection and more and to open a discussion with the moderator of the session – Mrs Maria Kasarova, legal expert, IOM.
The information session in Ravda is scheduled for 27 April 2022 in Aqua Paradise Hotel, 10.00 to 14.00h. Migrants are welcome to join the meeting without prior notice.
The information session in Burgas is scheduled for 28 April 2022 in Bulgaria hotel, Hall 4, 10.00 to 14.00h. Migrants are welcome to join the meeting without prior notice.
