Remote Bulgarian language education and consultations, organized by the Information centres for migrants in Sofia and Burgas

The Information centres of IOM in Sofia and Burgas have just started to make the schedule for the new planned groups in remote Bulgarian language education for 2021, in A1 level. The groups will work in morning, afternoon, evening and weekend schedule. Should you need more information and/or wish to join some of these groups, kindly contact us promptly and we will provide you with relevant information regarding the possibilities to join any of these specific group. The electronic education is using the ZOOM platform. The number of attendees in one group is still up to 15 persons. All participants will receive vocational materials and books free of charge, and at the end of the course, after the successful completing of the final exam, will receive a valid certificate for A1 level on Bulgarian language education.
In regard of a better planning of your educational schedule in Bulgarian language classes, kindly note that in order to be accepted as a successfully completed, the participants should have at least 70% presents within the 100 educational hours. Even though being organized in an electronic format, your physical presence in the vocational group is strictly monitored and documented by your teacher. It is an intensive course ( every day Mon-Fri, morning, afternoon or evening, or every weekend) and it continues up to 2 months. Kindly be aware of that, while considering your daily and business routine and before making your decision to apply for a chair in any of the working groups. Constant delays and absences won’t be permitted and your participation might be suspended, in line with the regulations used in the public school education system and vocational classes in Bulgaria.
In 2021 the Information centres for migrants in Sofia and Burgas are also providing consultation on various topics – legal, institutional, social, including providing detailed information on your eligibility and possibilities to join free Bulgarian language courses, organized under this project. Considering the current epidemiological situation and measures taken by the government of the Republic of Bulgaria, we provide consultations mainly remotely – by phone, mail, post, etc. You are welcome to reach us using the following contacts:
