Sofia - IOM, UNHCR Bulgaria and UNICEF Bulgaria organized a round table on “Relocation of unaccompanied asylum-seeking children from Greece”. The topics that were presented and discussed during the event included: the first two relocations of unaccompanied asylum-seeking children from Greece to Bulgaria, including challenges; good practices of relocation from Portugal and Ireland; guidelines and standards for identification and the process of relocation to Bulgaria. In the round table participated representatives from State Agency for Refugees, MoI – Migration Directorate, MoI – International Projects Directorate, State Agency for Child Protection, the Ombudsman of Republic of Bulgaria, Social Assistance Agency, Vitosha Municipality, Ovcha Kupel Municipality, National Office for Legal Assistance, Bulgarian Helsinki Committee, Lumos Foundation, Center Nadya Foundation, Caritas Bulgaria, CERMES and the Council of Refugee Women in Bulgaria.

The organizers would like to thank the speakers from SAR, Sofia Municipality - Ovcha Kupel, Centre Nadja, OIM Portugal, Alto Comissariado para as Migrações - ACM, I.P.
