Social workers from IOM Bulgaria organised a clay modelling session with the unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, accommodated in the Safety Zone at RRC Sofia - Voenna Rampa

Clay modelling is an activity that is therapeutically beneficial to kids in many ways. Among the benefits of clay modelling for kids is that it is relaxing and has a calming effect on children Furthermore, this activity promotes sensory development, facilitates emotional expression and helps with focus and control.

This activity was implemented within the framework of the project “Support for unaccompanied minors, seeking international protection” funded by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2020 under the Programme “Home Affairs”.
